Ground pork, readyground or use a pork roast that is lean and grind it at the supermarket or at home. Grind it at least twice. |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1/2 cup | Flour |
| 1 | Medium onion finely grated. |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| Mix together and add milk. | |
| Let the mixture stand for one hour. It becomes firmer. | |
| Fry in butter or margarine. | |
| Use tablespoon to form meatballs, not perfectly round. Size, your preference. | |
| Large for traditional Danish dish, small for potluck. | |
| Can be flavored with your favorite spice, | |
| if you really have to. |
